Jessie Saclo holds a degree in Fine Arts from the University of the Philippines Cebu College where he also rendered two years of teaching as a substitute instructor.

Jessie works as a freelance graphic designer and accepts commission painting works as well. He has participated in various exhibits as a student and has been an active member of several art organizations.
